Overview Turkcell Telecommunications Services wanted to reduce time to market for new telecommunication services and increase the number of system architecture projects completed in a year. The challenge was to integrate unconnected data stores and achieve a unified view of customer data to improve data accuracy and customer service and consolidate multiple applications with similar functionality, to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost of ownership. Turkcell Telecommunications Services increased flexibility and decreased time to market for developing new services and worked with Oracle Consulting to standardize infrastructure across the organization by reusing existing, prebuilt functionality from other SOA applications.
