Sutter Health Expands Electronic Health Records With HP

Overview Sutter Health is a leading not-for-profit network of hospitals, doctor organizations and other health care service providers that serves over 100 communities in Northern California. Sutter Health needed a way to support its quickly expanding Electronic Health Records (EHR) application in a way that would deploy quickly, expand easily, and minimize increase in IT staff and datacenter footprint. HP, Sutter Health and authorized reseller Quest Media and Supplies worked together to design and implement a Citrix farm running on HP BL20p and HP BL25p server blades to quickly and fully support the current and future needs of the EHR initiative.
