However, with a range of financial and accounting applications in place, it could no longer create timely, accurate reports on corporate performance. To address this issue, the company decided to deploy a new, centralized software infrastructure based on OutlookSoft Corporate Performance Management and the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. The new system, which was deployed with support from IBM, delivers fast, accurate financial reporting, offers compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards, and supports local accounting, currency, and taxation requirements.
