Overview Since 1998, Sirius Personnel has specialized in the recruitment of sales and marketing professionals in Canada and the U.S. The company locates candidates for a wide range of clients - from large pharmaceutical companies and government agencies to small high tech start-ups. The firm lacked an efficient way to scan its database when clients passed along new positions to fill, and turned to Bell Business Solutions to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In order to elicit more targeted information from candidates, Bell Business Solutions leveraged the extensive customization capabilities of Microsoft CRM to build very specific data capture fields for Sirius, who are seeing a revenue increase of 20 per cent.
