Overview Kooijman software, an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) in the Netherlands, develops record management systems for schools and construction companies. It wanted to expand its market by helping schools to comply with Dutch government legislation for managing student records electronically. By working with Microsoft Software as a Service (SaaS) Incubation Center Partner Siennax to develop Web-based software as a service, Kooijman software expects to double its customer base within three years.
