Business Intelligence Solution for a Textile Company

Overview The client required a reporting solution for their MIS reports. The challenge they faced was that the POS system which is the source for transactions did not have any master data. This resulted in extracting master details from the client's base systems. Also, POS system was available in approximately 400 retail outlets and some of them had different data structures. BSI leveraged its expertise in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing solutions to build an intuitive, scalable and cost effective solution that offered the facility to generate ad-hoc reports and reduced decision making cycles.
