Tata Consultancy Services's proprietary methodology, the Insurance-Business Intelligence for Decision Support, is a framework for data analysis and data warehousing. Grange has been able to substantially improve its efficiency due to the enterprisewide database solution based on Microsoft SQL Server 2000. In fact, the company has recorded a 25 percent productivity increase due to the new analytics and reporting solution.
