Overview The customer is a leading finance company with a global presence. The company had started a business intelligence initiative to cater to the management information requirements of their global Commercial Foreign Exchange (CFX) business. They wanted a system that would help them evaluate critical business performance parameters. The Wipro team was responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of the business intelligence solution. They prepared a business case for the data mart and then developed and deployed it. The solution offered dashboard reporting to measure the success of business performance against key CFX strategies, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provisions were made for ad hoc querying and reporting. The system supported multi-currency conversions.
