Overview Ceska lekarna wanted to enable central management of business activities with detailed sales analysis of the data that was previously stored in local database and manage inventory mix and levels. The challenge was to standardize product masters to facilitate sales analysis across all pharmacies and provide detailed information on costs and revenue across the entire network by integrating data from the sales and finance system. Ceska lekarna consolidated inventory, sales and purchasing, finance, and budgeting data in a central data warehouse as well as enabled distribution of key performance indicators to pharmacy managers so they can use benchmarking and proactively manage inventory and operations in comparison with other pharmacies in the network.
