The challenge was to centralize technical support services to improve availability of client service for telecommunications customers and reduce complaints about system failures. Telefonica del Sur S.A. worked with Oracle Consulting to migrate to a stable, platform, providing 100% support for the growth in IT infrastructure needed for business and operational administration and implanted Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, facilitating quick access to information and continuity of telecommunications services.
