Overview Axione wanted to meet increasing demands of operators for customized technical and business reports and automate and streamline report publishing and improve the quality of published reports. The challenge was to provide direct Web access to reports to free up operator mailboxes and enable sales staff to be more responsive during direct customer contact. Axione replaced Axione's PL/SQL publishing procedure with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher - improving technician and sales agent productivity and provided Axione with a standalone demonstrator option that enabled the company to test the solution without commitment.
