Link Tasks in a Project

Overview Microsoft Office Project 2003 makes it easy to link project tasks, logically and chronologically. When tasks are linked, users create a relationship between them along a timeline. This task relationship distinguishes a simple to-do list from a true project. And users can see the results of their task linking directly, using a bar graph called a Gantt Chart, or in a calendar view, or in a network diagram. Once tasks are linked, the scheduling strength of Project is at user's command. If change the duration of some tasks is changed, users will see immediately how that change affects the scheduling of other tasks and the duration of the entire project.
