Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise ELM 9.0 Self-Service With Oracle 10g on IBM BladeCenter

Overview Oracle and IBM conducted a benchmark to measure the online performance of PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) 9.0 on a 4-way AMD processor-based IBM BladeCenter LS21 database server with Oracle Database 10g 10.2.0.3. Additionally, an 8-way AMD processor-based IBM BladeCenter LS41 was used as the application server, and a 4-way AMD processor-based IBM BladeCenter LS21 was used as the web server. All servers were running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 2 (SP2). This paper provides an overview of the test results from Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 9.0 Self-Service with Oracle Database10g benchmark run on the IBM BladeCenter hardware platform.
