Overview Grupo Modelo Europa wanted to create a flexible IT infrastructure to provide the company with timely information on outsourced services and suppliers and control logistical costs related to importing processes. The challenge was to ensure supply chain efficiency and provide complete information on costs associated with the company's products. Grupo Modelo Europa worked with Oracle Partner Steria to implement Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules, which enable increased access to information and drive improved decision making as well as developed a cost module to enable the company to monitor the supply chain from the time of raw material purchase to when the product is delivered to customers in Spain.
