Overview Ferromatik Milacron Maschinenbau GmbH wanted to standardize critical business processes, while retaining the maximum degree of flexibility for the subsidiaries and comply with accounting standards and regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley, for countries in which the company operates. The challenge was to accelerate the production of financial reports and consolidate financial data across the entire group to gain a more accurate and up-to-date picture of the company's financial position and identify a strategic enterprise application suite that the company can implement worldwide to optimize core processes. Ferromatik Milacron Maschinenbau worked with Oracle Partner axelion to implement JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications to create a unified accounting and financial reporting system across the group and reduced time required to create financial reports to just a few days.
