The company wanted to integrate information and processes for selling services. The challenge was to provide more accurate pipeline information and present a single view of the customer. As a solution the company deployed mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM), SAP NetWeaver Portal Component and SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence component.
