Engage Incorporated deployed OpenScape for its solution which supports hosted IP communications and offers a Microsoft compatible real-time collaboration solution. The completion with the OpenScape Web Services Tool Suite, a Software Development Kit with open APIs, enables the integration of OpenScape functionality with Engage's line of business.
