Intel Technology Launches AsiaSoft Into the Gaming Future

Overview Asiasoft Corporation wanted to deploy servers that provide the headroom necessary for more online users and resource intensive online games and upgrade existing dual-core servers to help AsiaSoft's backend operations deal with expanding needs of clientele. The challenge was to meet the need for more powerful servers without increasing associated costs in power consumption, maintenance and IT administration. Asiasoft Corporation deployed 87 Dell Precision servers based on the Quad-Core Intel Xeon processor L5320 for new gaming services as well as upgraded existing Dual-Core Intel Xeon based Web servers to Quad-Core Intel Xeon processor L5320.
