Movies, music, and the never-ending assortment of other extracurricular attachments are the bane of most corporate e-mail systems, especially when an effective e-mail usage policy hasn't been put in place. In an effort to determine just how serious the problem had become for her organization, IT pro Becky Roberts began to siphon off e-mails with certain types of attachments to see exactly what was coming in, netting a whopping 502 MB of nonwork e-mails in just a few days. Her in-progress list of attachments includes items like:
