TechNet Support WebCast: Using Internet Authentication Service Server to Set Up 802.1x Networks

Overview Setting up an 802.1x network is one of the most challenging tasks for administrators and network professionals who are trying to secure and to centrally control wireless access. To set up the wireless infrastructure for this network, an administrator or network professional must use a central authentication server using a major authentication protocol like RADIUS. Microsoft's implementation of this protocol is Internet Authentication Service (IAS). This webcast provides an in-depth look at how to use IAS as the RADIUS server to set up an 802.1x network. The webcast also includes information about how to set up underlying systems like Certification Authority services, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
