Fairfield Medical Center Cures Multiple Password Ailments With Imprivata OneSign

Category: Security

Tags: passwords, data

Overview For Fairfield Medical Center's staff to quickly access the data they needed, when they needed it, they had to remember several different application passwords. After comprehensive research, Fairfield decided that their Single Sign-On (SSO) solution needed to be appliance-based, which would offer them all of the capabilities needed as well as the required redundancy and automated backup - all critical for a hospital to provide 24x7 availability and reliability for its staff. Fairfield's search for a solution took three months, and after extensive analysis of SSO solutions, they narrowed down their vendor selection to Imprivata's OneSign and one other product. Based on the results of the Proof Of Concept (POC), Fairfield selected Imprivata's OneSign Single Sign-On solution.
