Fujitsu's System Development Methodology: SDAS
Category: IT Management
Tags: fujitsu
Overview Recent information systems have become critical infrastructures for both industry and society, and there are growing requirements for higher quality and reliability and a shorter development period to meet ongoing changes in the business environment. To meet these needs, Fujitsu has strengthened and enhanced its system development methodology called System Development Architecture & Support facilities (SDAS). Also, Fujitsu has adapted SDAS to new technologies and expanded its scope to cover the complete lifecycle of systems in Japan, from analysis and development to maintenance and rebuilding of existing customer systems. This paper outlines the features of SDAS methodology, its framework, and development tools.
