Overview The joint UCOP-UCSD project has been a win-win for the two locations and for the UC system as a whole. It created a model for a cost-effective, internal DR solution that addresses UCOP's and UCSD's immediate needs and provides a model from which other UC campuses can benefit. The rules and principles are set up so both parties agreed that it was the right model. It facilitated communication between the two organizations.
