Overview Flughafen Berlin-Schonefeld GmbH operates three airports in Berlin, which serve 150-plus destinations worldwide and more than 18 million passenger a year. With the distraction of a major airport construction project and the ongoing need to expand its facilities to deal with rising numbers of passengers, FBS knew that ensuring operational stability and customer satisfaction was paramount. It also needed to provide part of the finance for the new airport project - to the tune of approximately 430 million euros. With the help of CA, FBS implemented a business continuity and business service management solution that would not only safeguard critical data but also provide a holistic view of its IT infrastructure.
