Atradius Improves Training Program Efficiency With a Comprehensive BPO Quistor Learning Environment

Overview Atradius is an international credit insurance company with offices in more than 40 countries. Atradius wanted to deliver employee training without the expense and time investment of existing training courses and gain a flexible solution to meet the needs of an international organization and its specific business processes. The challenge was to make training materials available to all company employees, regardless of position or location and deliver training solutions quickly and cost-effectively, optimizing limited resources. Atradius worked with Quistor to implement Oracle BPO Learning Management, based on Oracle iLearning, to launch the Atradius Academy, a comprehensive framework for the development, organization, and management of all available training courses.
