Streamlined Remote Assistance Enhances IT Support

Overview Elusiva Connect - Remote Assistance was designed from the ground-up with a keen focus on security. All Elusiva servers are hosted in highly secured data centers. Physical access is restricted and limited only to authorized Elusiva personnel. The Elusiva network infrastructure is both highly robust and secure. Redundant hardware systems are used to ensure high availability. For scalability and reliability, load is transparently distributed among geographically distributed communication servers. Connect - Remote Assistance is firewall friendly. It generates outgoing requests over HTTP and HTTPS. Most firewalls are configured to permit outgoing Web traffic.
