Overview For a company that provides over-the-phone interpretation from English into more than 150 languages 24 hours a day, seven days a week, network availability is extremely critical. The phone-based translation service, which is primarily supported by resources staffed out of call centers, had been experiencing severe issues with the network. During a two-week period of intermittent availability, the company had failed over to its business continuity site while attempting to identify the root cause of the failures. The company turned to Verizon Business for help, and within 48 hours of engineers arriving on-site, issues were resolved and network architecture was improved.
