Overview The 19th Avenue Lofts condominiums have been a soaring residential project. Many major cities with ample old industrial buildings and warehouses have seen a surge in demand for loft living spaces. Although the 19th Avenue Lofts Condominium is a relatively new establishment, its distinctly modernistic architecture and dramatically spacious units have drawn many occupants who work from home. Initially, cable/DSL Internet access to each individual unit was arranged separately. The original setup had network connections supplied by the local cable service provider at connection speeds of 4 Mbps down/384 kbps up. The 19th Avenue Lofts building management team chose the PePLink 300 in order to make substantial cost savings on the building's Internet expenses.
