Overview Founded in 1998, Printer Online is a leading provider of full-service printing solutions in Colombia. With five employees servicing customers across Colombia, Printer Online required an efficient way to address the needs of a geographically widespread market. To better serve it's geographically dispersed customers, Printer Online decided to find an online meeting solution. They saw a demonstration of iLink at a customer site and noticed that the solution had numerous connectivity problems. One of Printer Online's major vendors recommended WebEx. They chose WebEx immediately for its reliability and functionality. With a minimal investment, WebEx made it possible for them to provide both pre- and post-sales support to customers without having to leave their office.
