Cisco SMB Select Partner i-Tech Support Brings IP Communications to CPA Firm

Overview Tedder, James, Worden & Associates; a public accounting firm in Orlando, Florida decided to deploy new communications technology that will support growth and provide a competitive advantage. As it prepared to move to a new facility, rather than investing up to $20,000 to expand its legacy phone system. The company contracted with Cisco Certified Partner i-Tech Support who recommended Cisco Unified Communications, which would provide powerful communications feature as well as a platform that would support company growth for at least 10 years. A private WLAN was also deployed to serve the company-owned equipment, as well as a public WLAN for clients' use.
