The challenge was to replace ageing, expensive ATM network with faster, more reliable MPLS. There was back-up IP network over power lines supplements superior MPLS functionality. Forward Error Control patch-panel solution with Asset Lifecycle Management and Joint Cisco-IBM team covering development, implementation and maintenance was deployed.
