The first phase of the project, recently completed in September 2007, allows guests to enjoy advanced hospitality services such as controlling the in-room environment and ordering room service, through a state-of-the-art Cisco IP phone. The hotel also improves its operational efficiency as responses to guests' requests are automated and risk of communication downtime is reduced.
