Electrabel Automates Complex User Management With Web-Based User Access Management Solution

Overview Electrabel wanted to implement an identity management solution to allow the company to provide Web-based services to customers, including access to energy consumption profile, billing information, and subscription to new services and enabled the company to tailor Web-based services according to customer profiles, such as for business or residential customers. The challenge was to provide Web-based services to company partners and replace manual user management processes, currently performed by call center agents and Electrabel employees, with self-service applications. Electrabel implemented Oracle Access Management Suite to enable effective user authentication with user IDentification (ID) and password functions.
