Remotely Managing the Dell PowerEdge 1855 Blade Server Using the DRAC/MC

Overview The Dell Remote Access Controller/Modular Chassis (DRAC/MC) has a real-time clock (RTC) that maintains the time even when the Dell PowerEdge 1855 blade server chassis is powered down. The DRAC/MC time is used to maintain a chronological listing of the entries in the system event log (SEL). Administrators have the option of setting an asset tag on the system to aid in internal tracking.
