Overview The client, an international clinical services organization, encountered serious challenges arising from decentralized organization. This decentralization caused confusion among its internal users, who had difficulty obtaining information critical to the review and tracking of proposals in the pipeline. Worse yet, customers perceived the enterprise as a loose collection of business units, rather than one integrated company. This limited the client's ability to leverage relationships and up-sell opportunities. Following the Enterprise Services Transformation Roadmap, LiquidHub began with a three-year plan to leverage existing portal technology.
