Overview Founded in 1971 with the aim of developing employment in the Basque region, Sokoa SA designs and manufactures office chairs. The challenge was to build a unified information technology infrastructure inaccessible to all in-house and mobile personnel, improve responsiveness to distributor partner network and boost efficiency and competitiveness by updating technology. The company implemented Oracle Database 10g and Oracle Portal, enabling the company to enhance communication between Sokoa and its distributor network through accelerated communication flows.
