Overview Siemens Solution 1 is a subsidiary of Siemens Enterprise Communications, which provides small and medium-sized enterprises with managed IT services. The company's managed services are built on Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange Server, in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. With Forefront Security for Exchange Server, five scanning engines work on multiple layers throughout the operating system. New virus threats are communicated to servers and updated to scanning devices in real-time. Whenever there is a virus outbreak, one of the five engines will update quickly, and the system blocks the virus.
