Customers now have access to order history and inventory levels, and can manage their own marketing campaigns online. WorkflowOne employees benefit from streamlined internal processes and now can readily publish information to the rest of the company. By using Microsoft software, WorkflowOne delivered those new capabilities rapidly and cost effectively while making optimal use of IT resources.
