Overview IntriCon Tibbetts Corp is a publicly-owned Maine company with over 60 employees specializing in the design and manufacture of small transducers used in pace makers, cell phones, pilots' headphones, and more. The group has more than 20 remote employees that need dependable access to Microsoft Office-based applications, as well as Line-Of-Business (LOB) applications. Tibbetts' employees were finding the original server too undependable, as well as too slow. Tibbetts partnered with Know Technology and manually built one server running Windows Server 2008 Standard. They are using Terminal Services 2008 for managing their remote access.
