The challenge was to deliver product information to third parties that use various types and versions of software. PPL Corporation implemented Oracle's AutoVue 2D Professional to enable users to view documents, including large 2D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) files and images as well as simplified and accelerated delivery of CAD files to all individuals involved in design, operations, or support of the company's power plants, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information to perform their jobs efficiently and safely.
