The Heel office in Albuquerque lacked visibility into its operational data, and its manual-based reporting was time-consuming, inconsistent, and often inaccurate. Heel deployed a Business Intelligence (BI) solution based on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 data management software and Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007.
