Overview TELUS Mobility is the wireless telecommunications arm of TELUS Corporation, the second-largest telecom company in Canada and the leader in the Western Canadian market. They needed to integrate network operations at the national fault management level, consolidate network surveillance centres, standardize processes for fault resolution and reduce operating costs. They implemented HP OpenView Telecommunication Management Information Platform (TeMIP) for national network surveillance and HP Services consulting for design, integration with wireless networks, and presentation layer customization.
