The company was facing problem in production downtime as well as incompatibility and instability issues with the system. To tackle this problem the company implemented Unicenter Network and Systems Management (Unicenter NSM) for its ability to integrate with the heterogeneous environment in AFPD and meeting the need of monitoring and managing the network, thereby reducing downtime.
