Overview Swiss Colony wanted to eliminate the ongoing costs of maintaining their fax hardware while accommodating their customers who prefer using fax. Prior to implementation, nearly 200 Swiss Colony employees were using a standalone fax server built in-house nearly a decade ago. Documents consisted of customer orders, customer service letters, logistics communications and supplier notices. They selected a fax service because of the flexibility it offers in meeting document delivery requirements of all their customers. This case study delves into their experience.
