Affymetrix Expression CHP Wizard: A Streamlined Application for Analysis of Expression CHP Data in JMP Genomics

Overview The Affymetrix Expression CHP Wizard offers a streamlined workflow for the import and analysis of Affymetrix CHP files in JMP Genomics. In addition to the examples shown, which used CHP files expression and exon arrays, one may also use the wizard to import and analyze transcript-level summarized CHP files for other Affymetrix ST arrays. JMP Genomics supports import and analysis of other types of Affymetrix data, such as expression CEL, SNP CEL, and SNP CHP files. Intensity values from SNP CEL files may be used for the examination of copy number differences between groups of samples using JMP Genomics copy number analysis tools. Extensive tools for genome-wide association studies are also available to analyze genotypes from SNP CHP files.
